Artist's Thoughts
Rooting Mohair is one of my favorite parts because the results add so much realism to the overall doll! Years ago, rooting mohair seemed impossibly difficult. I could not figure out how other artists were accomplishing realistic hair patterns. Through practice, researching, and inventing a few of my own techniques and solutions - I am thrilled with my results! But, there is always room for improvement! Be sure to check out my Rooting Tutorial for more information and tips.
